Before you ship anything

What exactly does $0.08/kWh cover?

Everything: electricity, rack space, cooling, monitoring, maintenance and dashboard access. There is no setup fee and no per-machine surcharge.

What happens if a miner fails?

Our team spots it in monitoring, usually before you do. Common faults — fans, PSUs, hashboards reseating — we fix on site. Anything deeper goes back to the manufacturer under warranty.

Can I pull my machines out again?

Yes. Give us 30 days notice and we prepare and ship them wherever you want. No lock-in contract.

How do you bill?

Monthly, based on measured consumption. You get an invoice with the kWh reading — no estimates.

Do you host GPU rigs too?

Yes, at $0.09/kWh including HiveOS access. Same monitoring and support.

Where is the facility?

Our partner data centre runs on surplus grid capacity with redundant feed and connectivity. Address and access details go out with the hosting agreement.
